If you receive inappropriate messages from anyone on Guild via direct message you can ignore their connection requests, or, if you're connected via a shared group, block them by clicking on their profile photo and tapping the 'block' option on their profile screen.
Blocked members are still able to read and respond to messages within any shared groups, although these would be publicly visible.
If someone is posting inappropriate content within a group or their posts fall outside the guidelines for the group, your first point of contact should be your host who can speak to the member and escalate to the Guild team if necessary.
Hosts, moderators and admins can report members via support@guild.co or by contacting their account manager directly.
If you receive inappropriate direct messages you can choose to report them to the host of your shared group, or go straight to the Guild team who will investigate the situation. Any complaints against Guild members will be treated in the strictest confidence.
