You can change the plan for your Guild account at any time.
On paid plans
- Go to the web admin
- Click 'Account and admins' at the top of the page
- Under 'Account plan and details' click 'Change plan'
- Select the plan you'd like to move to and click 'Contact us' - you'll be prompted to send us a message which will be dealt with within 24 hours.
Business and Enterprise plan holders can also contact their account manager directly.
On basic plans
You can visit our pricing page and start a trial for either Pro or Business. Or you can contact us directly at support@guild.co. Please provide your account name and details of the plan you'd like to move to.
