Account administrators can see a member list for each of their groups. They can also manage email invites from this screen.
- Go to the web admin
- On the 'Groups' screen, click the name of the group where you want to see information
- Click the 'Group members' tab at the top of the screen
- You'll see a switch, top left
- The 'Active' view shows all current group members and the date they joined
- The 'Invited' view shows details of anyone you've invited using Guild's bulk email invites and the status of their invite - accepted, pending or declined. This view does not show details of anyone invited via individual email or the private link.
To resend invitations:
You can resend all pending invites using the button above the table of members.
You can resend or revoke individual invitations by switching to the 'Invited' view and clicking the buttons to the right of the member's name.
