Only administrators, hosts and moderators can use visibility boost.
Enabling the visibility boost when you add a new conversation, poll or event sends it to your members as an email, as well as publishing it to your group.
The 'visibility boost' option appears at the top of the screen when you tap 'New conversation', 'New event' or 'New poll'. Make sure the switch is turned green to enable boosts.
We recommend only using visibility boosts a couple of times a month to prevent email fatigue. Your members can choose to stop receiving visibility boost emails.
